A 101 on the next generation

They’re connected, pragmatic and value ethics over consumption. GenZ is a fearless generation keen to make a difference in the world — and as the largest consumer demographic today, they already are. So what are their values? What motivates them? And how can brands stand out from their daily deluge of information? We hand over the mic to the ‘Zoomers’ themselves for the answers.

Curated by the influential global forum for young leaders, One Young World, this stage welcomes the brightest voices of GenZ to share the social, political and environmental causes that steer their choices as consumers and soon-to-be job hunters. As the influencers of today and the workforce of tomorrow, understanding GenZ has never been more relevant or more important than it is now.
