The Winning Digital Business Models: how to ride the wave of digitisation, not be crushed by it?

Overview

The Covid crisis is accelerating digitisation across all sectors, catalysing more change in the last 5 months than in the last 5 years. Most organisations, public and private sector, are being forced to reconsider their fundamental business models, ie. how they create and capture value in this fast changing world. Yet most find it difficult to implement powerful digital business models like platforms, ecosystems and AI-based intelligent solutions. In this session we will share and discuss a new framework for understanding the key digital business model archetypes and how to successfully apply them to create new growth and value. We'll use examples and case studies from multiple sectors and geographies to bring to life the concepts.
