The next 500 years: Engineering life for space

In 2015, NASA astronaut Scott Kelly went to space while his identical twin stayed on Earth — leading to some surprising discoveries on how space travel affects the human body. Christopher E. Mason, the Head Geneticist at the time, shares the unexpected twists and turns of this ground-breaking study and takes us through the 500-year roadmap for humans to create new and sustainable societies on other planets. Chaired by Anushka Sharma, Founder of tech and space innovation consultancy Naaut and Co-Founder of the London Space Network as they dive into this 500-year plan.
