National Information Technology Authority - Uganda
Anna is a legal expert at the National Information Technology Authority, Uganda (NITA-U). She supports the Regional Communication Infrastructure Project, has conducted a Gap Analysis on the ICT regulatory framework in Uganda, and is a member of the Policy working group for the Electronic Government Procurement system.
She previously worked with the Competitiveness (CICS) Secretariat at the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, and coordinated business licensing reforms, process re-engineering in Public institutions and commercial law reforms.
Anna holds an LL.M in International and Comparative Law from the George Washington University, USA, and an LL.B from Makerere University, Uganda.
