Azmina Dhrodia is a leading expert on gender, technology, and human rights. She is a Senior Policy Manager on Gender and Data Rights at the Web Foundation where she oversees the organisation’s emerging workstream applying design thinking to develop solutions for online gender-based violence. Azmina was most recently the Head of Operations and Research at Block Party and was responsible for building and executing user research and operational strategies for the company’s alpha and beta product. Previously, Azmina was a Research and Policy Advisor on Technology and Human Rights at Amnesty International and spear-headed the organization’s research, policy and advocacy on violence and abuse against women on social media platforms.
