Gavin Freeguard Ltd
Gavin is a freelance consultant working on data, government and related issues. He is an associate at the Institute for Government, where he was previously programme director for data and digital government, and where he still runs the Data Bites event series. He is also a special adviser at the Open Data Institute, a consultant at the Ada Lovelace Institute and a member of the Public Digital network. He is a member of the UK Open Government Network steering group and a trustee of the Orwell Foundation. He compiles a weekly newsletter on data called Warning: Graphic Content (twitter.com/WarningGraphicC).
