George Imafidon is a 24-year-old social entrepreneur, an engineer with Sir Lewis Hamilton’s racing team (X44) and Board Member at The Hamilton Commission improving diversity in STEM and motorsport. As a First Class engineering graduate at UCL, George is passionate about building products that improve lives and communities. Over the past five years, he has worked with firms such as Google, Rolls-Royce, J.P Morgan, and McKinsey & Company. In 2015, George co-founded Motivez, the UK’s 1st mobile app connecting thousands of young people aged 16 – 25 to personalised opportunities. Motivez is an award-winning venture, commended by Her Majesty the Queen, and comprised of an experienced team of young professionals who work closely with corporates, funders and local government to run a recruitment arm and deliver career development programmes to support under-represented talent with securing competitive jobs.
