Guilherme Amaral is originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil. Computer Engineer degree and with an MBA on IT Management, he worked at P&G for 7+ years managing project and service delivery for Sales, Supply and others in North and Latin America.
He moved to Reckitt in 2017 to create the LATAM Data Analytics team enabling the growth of 20% vs. YA of Brazil indirect channel sales after 2 years of decreases with insights to enhance distribution, store-level assortment.
In 2018 Gui was appointed Mexico and Central America CIO, transforming IT into a key leading organization on Data & Analytics, creating and growing partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Supply, HR and Finance that enabled contributions on Gross Margin, Net Revenue and Cost to Serve.
In October 2019, Gui has relocated to Amsterdam as Global Digital Transformation Manager where he led market top management engagement in a 20+ country program that is shaping RB’s present and future in terms of digital marketing and media’s people, processes and technology.
