Joanna has worked within the creative industries for 20 years in leadership roles that span the disciplines of marketing, brand, communications, strategic planning, data insights, audience development and digital engagement. Prior to The Old Vic she led marketing and communications for Leeds Playhouse, Lyric Hammersmith and the National Portrait Gallery. At The Old Vic she leads a cohesive public engagement, sales and audience development strategy to support the delivery of the organisation’s core aims. Through marketing, communication and digital technologies, Joanna oversees the development and protection of The Old Vic’s global brand and collaborates with colleagues to maximise reach.
