Misha Glenny is an award-winning journalist and historian whose books have been published around the world in over 30 languages. He established his reputation as the BBC’s Central Europe Correspondent with overall responsibility for the radio coverage of the 1989 revolutions in Eastern Europe and the wars in the former Yugoslavia. More recently he has developed an unparalleled expertise in the areas of global organized crime, corruption and cyber security. He has advised governments and corporates on cyber security. He has worked as a Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics, Columbia University in New York, and, most recently, University College London.
