Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Niamh McKenna is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at NHS Resolution and was appointed to the role in August of 2020. NHS Resolution is an arm’s-length body of the Department of Health and Social Care, which provides expertise to the NHS in respect to resolving concerns and disputes fairly, sharing learning for improvement and preserving resources for patient care. In her capacity as CIO, Niamh is supporting NHS Resolution as they embark on a major programme to enhance the technology capability whilst ensuring continued delivery of services effectively.
