Polly is the chief executive of leading cross-party think tank, Demos. She worked for ten years in politics, in a range of advisory roles for the Liberal Democrats, and served as Director of Policy to the Deputy Prime Minister from 2010-2015. After leaving government, she founded the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute, to break the link between financial and mental health problems. She lives in London.
