Sr. Process Improvement Consultant
Rudina is an industrial engineer with a passion for using data and human ingenuity to build efficient yet elegant processes. Through a career spanning the automotive, manufacturing, consumer products, and telecommunications industries, Rudina has worked extensively with a variety of operational excellence frameworks including TQM, Lean and Six Sigma. While these frameworks delivered results, particularly in manufacturing environments where waste was highly visible, they were less effective in identifying inefficiencies in complex, quickly evolving knowledge working environments. In her years at the Process Improvement Center of Excellence at Telus, Rudina began to realize the possibilities of big data delivering deep understanding and dynamic analysis of processes. Rudina and her team at Telus are now on a quest to use process mining technology to quickly root out inefficiency and deliver superior customer outcomes.
After living in Europe, the Middle East and across Canada, Rudina settled in Vancouver. An outdoor enthusiast, she can often be found on the beach practicing yoga, paddling the waters of the Pacific North West or out skiing the Canadian Rockies with her husband and two young children.
